René Rofé Lingerie

René Rofé Lingerie is the manufacturer behind some of the biggest intimates brands around the world, and they came to Intrepid needing a space to reflect that. This client had been housed in the same building for close to 30 years and had experienced tremendous growth, but this put them on multiple floors, which wasted both space and resources. At Intrepid’s suggestion the client agreed to have us introduce and collaborate with an architect early on in the process. After managing a full analysis of René Rofé’s current and future staffing requirements, we found that they could cut their footprint by 30% if we could find a building with large enough floor plates within a very specific geographic area.

A nine-month market search turned up several options, and finally Intrepid was able to secure René Rofé a below market deal for one full floor on West 34th Street, presenting significant savings and providing them with a more efficient layout in a beautiful, modern office space. Through their relationship with Intrepid, this client understood that the best decision was to move after three decades of being in the same location, and they will save considerably while enjoying their new space.
