Intrepid’s relationship with this client began 5 years before a lease was ever signed. Back in 2009, this multinational apparel manufacturer’s headquarters had experienced several growth spurts and corporate adjustments. Their space was not optimized for their needs and the cost had escalated significantly. Looking for a change, LT Apparel Group partnered with Intrepid.

Intrepid worked tirelessly for nearly 18 months, scouring and presenting various markets, including the outer boroughs and New Jersey. Intrepid’s efforts and the education it provided led to the decision to remain in and upgrade their space. Intrepid negotiated to receive a reduced rent, and allowance for work to upgrade their space and a free rent package enabling them to modernize their space with no out-of-pocket investment.
