The creators of a tenant-landlord relationship management software and app, was referred to Intrepid by one of our many satisfied clients. As a quickly growing company, this client was initially looking for a lease option to take them out of Long Island City, enhance their image, build their brand equity, and gain easier access to the New York City talent pool. Intrepid scanned the city for nearly five months until we discovered a space for sale in the trendy, technology-oriented Flatiron District of Manhattan. After nearly 30 showings of buildings in this submarket, BuildingLink fell in love with – and ended up purchasing – an entire floor at 85 5th Avenue. Since then, Intrepid has advised BuildingLink in the acquisition of additional floors in the same building to help accommodate their long-term growth plans.
